Hello guys, I need help in powering on this instrument with a portable battery pack.
The instrument needs a power supply of :

Power Requirement: 100 − 127V and 200 –240V
(50 – 400Hz) ±10% AC. Complies with IEC536
Class 1 Safety Standards.
Power Consumption: ~100VA.

I contacted the manifacture and they told me that I could do this:

Would this setup work ?

I have few other questions:

1) the Inverter is 400W , will it blow up the instrument , since the instrument need just 150 W ?

2) Can u pls suggest a battery to buy (watt , amperage ecc...)

3) how long will the battery pack last ?

4)I ned it to be as portable as possible (as light it could be)

5) the only mistake that I can make to frie the instrument is if I just invert + and - , correct ?

Your best bet would be just get one of those Honda portable generators and just plug it in.
A battery big enough to last any length of time would be very heavy.
