Default Do the CellTek Chargers Actually work?

In short, I'm getting ready to move to some larger capacity batteries in the very near future. I did a search on what types of chargers are good and These CellTek Cell phone chargers popped up. For $7, you get an auto trickle feature, and something that looks to be able to charge larger capacity batteries 1000ma and up it seems. For those who don't know what I'm talking about here it is.

Has anyone used these things? I've noticed it says there are two charge settings, a previous poster mentioned 750ma charge rate which seems pretty high to me for a normal charge? Isn't 750ma more like a quick charge? This isn't good for a NiMH battery anyway correct?

For the select few who have used them, what size batteries are you using, are you using fast or slow charge setting, and how long does it take to reach peak charge.

Thanks in advance
