I need to charge my 1700mAh pack battery on a slow charge for 14-16 hrs @ 170mAh

My standard Futaba charger is only 70mAh so thats no good.

I want to charge it over night with my Supanova but it wont do 0.170amp charge the nearest i can do it will be 0.2 will that be ok?

Yes, .2 or 200 mah, is fine. For a completely discharged battery, it will take about 12 hours at that rate for a full charge.
