Hi i think i can say i'm hooked up........got a gas boat, electric plane, now a nitro savage xl and planning on getting another boat soon..........hope this arrives to Santa!!

As you well understand, i ended up using a gooood number of various battreys an packs.....11.1 v lipo , 6v nimh packs, aa 1.2 v nimh, etc..

I ended up with a charger for each type and you can imagime the hassle to sort them out!!

Is there a universal charger that can handle the majority of types??

what do you suggest please??

Yes.

They will handle any battery you have.
These are all multi-chemistry chargers

Might look at the Bantam chargers...

I have a couple BC-6's
and for larger batteries the BC-8 is nice

I beleive the Triton2EQ is the best you can buy hands hands down! Simple instructions, simple controls, not complicated, and extreamly dependable. There are other good ones out there but Triton gets my vote!

I'm looking for a multi 4 battery charger/balancer and cycler...would be good if it worked off A/C....cheers
