Default battery pack problem, need help!!!

Hi all,
I made my own battery packs (8 cells 9.6V 800Mah). After I made them, I use Triton to discharge and charge them at C/10 rate. Some of them will go up to 1000Mah, some will go 754 mah.
I flied and charged them. But some of them just charged about 500mah, 200mah and stop.
What should I do to charge them as it's capacity( I usually expect about 800Mah)?
Any help will very much appreciated.
Thanks

Cycle them on your Triton 2-3 times before flying. Nice, long, slow, charges and moderate discharges.
I assume these are for electric flight?

Good Luck,
Jeff
