Default LiPo bag and short wires

Finally my transmitter, receivers and LiPo arrived I borrowed a friends Venom charger until mine arrives next week. I have a battery from MotionRC.com and see that the wires are really not all that long so my question is how or what is the safest way to charge and discharge it with a LiPo bag? I charged the battery up; to spec and am now discharging it for storage until I can get some time to set the radio up and finish off the Tower RXR Corsair. Thanks again for the help!

I have two of those extensions hooked up per charger to allow me to have room to put my LiPos in charging sacks.
