Default Temp Difference Between 25C & 40C LiPo

I just got done running my 1/10 stadium truck as hard as I could. Over the course of a few weeks running some 25C LiPo packs vs. 40C LiPo packs, I collected temperature readings of the batteries after running them through my ol' faithful Evader ST on the track. Most days the ambient outside temperature was in the mid 80's.

2S 4000mah 25C packs were anywhere between 112°F ~ 120°F
2S 4000mah 40C packs were anywhere between 99°F ~ 103°F

I just wanted to put into perspective of what happens when you choose your C ratings for LiPo batteries. If I run the same packs in my 1/10 buggy I get about a 2° cooler readings.
