Default DIY professional High Current AA batteries holder - Charge / Discharge test bed

This topic is about a new project of my, and I wish to share the link of it, any one interested to make his own Charge / Discharge test bed for cylindrical cells, he can possibly use my idea.
Ready made cylindrical cell holders (by aluminum or metal), them are available in the market but for a high price.

My suggestion this is definable a cost effective one, but it can be copied only by people having some tecnical background and tools.
