Default Spekrrum XBC100 smart tester w/2cell Li-ion

Using the mentioned battery tester and I’m testing some old Duralite EXB 2cell batteries I have. They are rated at 7.4 V for the pack, now when I plug the battery in using the balance port it shows 3.88v for each cell with a total of 7.76v. Now when I plug the battery in using the regular servo connector into the tester it shows 6.66v. Why the difference in voltage?
