Charging rate for LIION packs
Hi,
I started making liiion packs this summer. 2800mAh 35c 3s1p. They fly great. Because many pilots i fly with don’t use liion, i dont know what is what.
i want to start with charging rate, i have the HOTA F6, i charge at 1c. Never higher, I could charge lower.
Because it is a LIION pack, should the packs be charged 1/4 to 1/2c?

The measure of available power is described by the arbitrary C rating. Do liion batteries still release power slower than a LIPO given the above specs?
