A cell or 2 in my 8 cell pack is poor or dead.
Charger is working. My other pack is still 100 % after charging.
Second pack is good for about 30 seconds then the RPM decrease rapidly.
I do not have a watt meter, just a hitec 340 charger.
How do you find the bad cell/cells in a pack without taking the pack fully apart ?
Thanks in advance
Fred..

Probe the individual cells by inserting a pin under the sleeve and measureing voltage. Any cell with a voltage after discharge that is significantly lower than the other cells is probably your culprit.
