The nicads in my Hitek servo programer will not hold a charge. Also it will not peek charge ( I think it's diod protected).

If anyone hear is formilure with this unit, any info would be nice.

I agree this is a problem. Everytime I want to use it it seems dead. You can pull the cover off the end by removing 4 screws and either pull the pack out or just pull the connectors apart and then fast charge.
