Default Charging / Discharging @ 0.1 / 0.2 A ....

Hi , Guys

What will be the advantages / disadvantages of charging or discharging a battery at 0.1A or 0.2 or even 0.3A. I know that I should not exceed the C value. The higher the amps for charge/dis , will this shorten the life of my battery and the flying time

I just purchased a Robbe Infinity 2 , the main purpose will be for field charging and not as a lab tool.It has a seperate output of 250mA , can I safely use this o/p for my 1100mA , 1900mA Rx batteries and for my 600mA TX battery

Thanks

Yes, you can use the 250 mA charge port on the Infinity 2, just keep an eye on the packs and take them off when they start to get warm.
