I have a 6 cell battery back, all cells measure 1.38v except one which measures -1.38v?

What should i do?

Make sure your volt meter is hooked up properly. If it is, maybe you have a reversed (ruined) cell.

Make sure your volt meter is hooked up properly. If it is, maybe you have a reversed (ruined) cell.
There is no way a cell can be reversed that it will read a - 1.38 open circuit. He just had the leads reversed.

I had the leads the wrong way round, i was tired [:'(]
