I have a 700 Mah, 4-cell(AAA) flight pack; what are the diferences other than the cell size; will the AAA cell pack perform just was well as AA cell pack?

The AA will have higher capacity (up to 2700 mah) and will perform better if the current draw is 1 amp or more. They will have a higher current capability. A weight difference also.

I would like to use the AAA pack in a RC Skydiver, because of its smaller size and weight; the Skydiver uses 3 servos; 2 regular size to articulate the arms to control the canopy and a micro servo to release the chute; would this AAA pack work for my purpose/use.

I don't know about that plane, or any planes for that matter. If you can get a hold of the current draw, average flight time for a given capacity then can figure it out. Perhaps someone has that specific plane and knows. I wouldn't thik AAA would be good over just a few amps.

RE: AA - vs - AAA NiMh Packs
dasintex,
The AAA NiMH pack will work fine in your application, I have two .46 powered fun-fly planes with 5 servos each flying with these packs. They easily handle 3 or 4 ten minute flights. Of course, I would not attempt 6 or 7 15 minute flights with them. In your application with only 3 servos and very short flight times you should be able to go all day with no problems.
