Default In line lipo voltage cutoff in NiCad application

Hey guys. Does anybody make an in line voltage cutoff for lipo packs so they can be used with an older style ESC designed for Nicads? I've recently dusted off my old electric cars, and thought I could use my lipo airplane packs with them. The ESC are old Novak t1-Xs, which can handle 10 Nicad cells. I never ran more than a 7 cell pack. I've got 11.1 volt 1900 mah lipos that would give me a voltage boost, longer run time, and save a bunch of weight. I know if I try to run as is, the Novak ESC will discharge my lipo pack too low, and ruin the pack. What I need is a voltage cutoff device that would plug between the battery and the older style ESC. Do they exist, or am I relegated to buying a new speed control?

Their are a few they monitor LiPO voltage and cut back on timing signal between Rec and ESC.
Check out the new "cellguard" it monitors each battery can not hurt your batts with this setup
