NIMH CHARGING
Howdy, due to my current location I have been introduced to electric power flight. I have gotten everything I need to fly with one problem, I have no idea what power settings I need to charge my batts. I have the simprop intelli-speed charger, a 9 cell nimh 1800mAh 8.4 volt battery. If someone could direct me on what settings and maybe a good book to learn more about batteries and electric flight. Thanks again.

RE: NIMH CHARGING
Charge at .180 amps, (180 milliamps) for 15 hours, then discharge the battery pack to about 8 or 9 volts. Repeat this process one or two times. Then you can charge at 1.8 amps, (1800 milliamps) if your charger has a peak detecting feature that is suitable for NiMh battery packs.
Hope this helps,
