Default Integy Zero-Thirty What does it weigh?

Does anyone here have an Integy Zero-Thirty discharge board?

If so, how much does it weigh? I know this sounds weird, but I won an auction for one on Ebay, and the guy is trying to charge more to ship it to me (in Canada), than he had listed to ship it to Austrailia. And he's just in California.

The amount he quoted would be for a 9lb package.

It can't weigh 9lbs...can it?

What does it weigh?
