Default Question about different balance plugs?

I am running Xtreme power 3s li-po's right now.
I'm a little confused about what fits what.
I want to use a LBA6 Hyperion balancer. Will
my plugs fit? They are the 4 pin, flat, white connetors
with the 2 notches on the top. Do all the different
packs use the same connectors with a different wiring
configuration, or are the connectors different?

Default RE: Question about different balance plugs?

Looks like the Align and E-sky packs have the same plug as mine.
None of the balancers seem to have this type plug, but the plug
seems very common on a lot of batteries. Even the no name packs
I used for my Walkera 22e had the same type. No one knows if
these will work or can be adapted to work with the LBA6 balancer?

Xtremespeed,I don't know.I haven't used any of the three brands You mentioned. From what I can find out,it looks like the same connector used on the Great Planes 20C packs I'm using Does the connector look like this?

If so.the adapters for the "Equinox" balancer will fit the connector and the LBA6.Be careful and double check the polarity though.I know that "Common Sense RC" is using the same connector; But the polarity is reversed.

Thanks for the reply. That looks exactly like the connector I have.

I've read in a few places that the Equinox balancer is actually
a Hyperion re-labled for Great Planes.

Where can I get the adapter set?

As far as I know the Hyperion line does not have an Align adpater set. I carry the LBA10 and was able to get a TP adapter for 3S packs. Right now Hyperion only supports their Hyperion/Polyquest packs.

The e-Station PB-5 and PB-6 offers an Align wiring board. Your choice of wiring set is included with the balancer. Other wiring sets include Kokam, Polyquest/Hyperion, and Thunderpower.

Xtremespeed,The connectors/adaprters for the equinox are sold seperately(in addition to the included 2 and 3 cell).

I ordered a set through my local Hobbtown USA,and use them with my LBA6.
Do check that Your batteries are the same polarity.I wouldn't get any joy from having to say "I told You!".
