Default GreatPlanes PolyCharge Problems...

I have the GP PloyCharge 12v DC charger and an Electrifly 11.1v 2100mah LiPo pack for my MX400 heli.

I hook the charger's alligator clips to my truck battery (engine off), and the charger beeps and the blue LED light flashes every 3 seconds. After I connect the battery, nothing changes (no beeps, LED continues flashing every 3sec). The LiPo pack doesn't get warm at all during the charge. Shouldn't it be warm if its charging? Also, should the blue LED remain on, and not flash?

How can I tell if the battery is bad, or if the charger is bad?

Thanks folks!

The blue led should be on constant during charge and flash twice per second when done. Only way I know of to tell is to eliminate either the charger or battery by replacing one to tell if one is bad.
