Default storing lipos? avoid cold? heat? room temp? refridge?

well we have some lipos for boats and planes were storing for the winter. whats the temps that i should keep them in? refidgerator temps? should i avoid my shop where it gets below freezing? should i keep them inside where its room temp? are they like other batteries in that they will last longer if kept in the fridge?

50% charge or 3.85v per cell, best at 40F, but the range is 40 to 80F. Yeah don't let them freeze
