Default Triton 2 Problems

Well its getting that time a year that i start checking my batteries capacity. I pulled my triton 2 out an found that the two buttons don't respond to touch, which is a problem.
Has there been any type of upgrade to this problem or when i send it in will it be fixed with the same parts just to have the same failure agin down the road?

Only solution that I'm aware of is to rinse those two switches out with spray. If it's under warranty then they should take care of it for you.

I used motor spray, but electrical cleaner/contact cleaner is good.

I had the exact same problem with my Triton (version 1) charger. I thought my charger took a dump. I found out if I pressed down on the buttons hard, it would work. So, I took apart the charger and cleaned the contacts with carb cleaner. Now its as good as new.
