Default bat pak ??'s

okay, I fly parkflyers and have been using the tx (futaba) charger that came with my radio to slow (overnite) charge my battery paks.. the charger is for the 4.8 reciever battery but the batt paks are 7.2 volt 270 mah, and they seem to work fine and I get up to about 10 minute flights.. can my paks be getting fully charged? I think it charges at like 50mah /hour... I have a smaller 7.2 150 mah that I would like to use as a reciever batt in a 1/2a flyer but dont want the 7.2 volts to damage the 4.8 volt servos.... any thoughts on this?........thanks,, Rog

I have exactly the same situation, a Futaba wall-wart with a 7.2V, 270 ma pack in a Tiger Moth. I measured the charge current in this setup and it read about 42ma. I charge the pack for 12 hours and everything works fine. Get about 12 minute runs.
