Default ice problems?

I have 2 7 cell IB1400's... rated for 8.4v and 1400mah.

Set for 7 cell 1400 mah. 2.5 amp charge, 5 amp discharge, 10 mv sensitivity.. using a very powerful power supply.

My (brand new) Ice charger charges the batteries to about 10 volts and only 1050 mah. I have it set to 0.9 v/c max discharge and when it finishes discharging the voltage is around 8. It should be 7.56?

I cycled one of them 6 times and every time the mah went up and the voltage went down.. but slowly... and not a big difference.

What am I doing wrong? This is the first decent charger I've ever had..

Thank you.

Default RE: ice problems?

I don't see anything wrong with what you're doing.

Maybe chargeing too fast and cycling too much.
