Default Winter Maintenance

What can I do with my LiPo packs that are not being flown over the winter to ensure they are ready for next season?

Thank you.

Charge and store. Lithium batteries hold a charge far longer than other types and through the winter months is no problem for them.

LiPo should be stored with a partial charge, 50% to 75% of capacity. Some LiPo chargers have a charge/discharge setting for storage

ALL batteries will deteriorate with time whether they are used or not. Storing them between 40ΒΊ and 50ΒΊ F delays deterioration somewhat.
