Default Voltage at which Lead Calcium battery considered fully discharched?

Does any one know at what voltage a 12v lead calcium gell cell like the the Hobbico 7 Ah cell is considered to be fully discarged?

After the battery has been on rest for a few hours read the voltage (no load). 12.0 volts is essentially fully
discharged while 13.0 is fully charged. This is a fairly linear relationship so a reading of 12.4 volts means
you have 40% of the capacity remaining.

Are you sure that 13v is fully charged? I have a hobbico 12V gell cell and after an overnight charge it usually reads around 14.5v no-load.

Is that while still on charge, or after several hours of rest? You will find that the 14.5 doesn't exist for very long.
