I know NICD'S should be discharged all the way, what about NIHMS? they too?

Also if you discharge them, do I need to charge them a little before I put them away for some other day?

Any help, much appreciated?

First of all, NI-Cad's shouldn't be discharged "all the way". Go here and do a little reading.
