Hi guys, recently i got one TAM rc tank, right now still haven't decide which battery to use for the tank. I heard a lot of peoples using Lipo. To run a TAM tank, a requirement is use 7.2v 1800mah NI-mh those big rechargeable battery... In my mind is, i have spare "AA" Ni-mh rechargable battery, i will combine them into a pack of 7.2v 2100mah battery pack. Does this work?

When you say big battery, what do you mean? Are you sure you are reading the requirements correctly. Because the AA's you speak of fit the bill, but I am not sure if you mean sub C's or D's for a big battery. It sounds like a sub C style that looks like the end of a shotgun. Two tubes and 6 sub C cells. All the best
