Charge and Discharge

Got a question, New here.

I have 8.4v 3700 and I'm currently charging at 1.6v and discharging at 1A, cutoff voltage 6.4V is that ok.

If you meant 1.6 amps then yes it is ok. The discharge cut-off might be a bit low for an 7 cell pack.
