Teenage RC'er

I was wondering if any hobbyists out there have the new Wattage PF charger? I am thinking about buying one, but would like to see if there are any satisfied customers who already have one.

also, what is the difference between a cycler and a charger? do modelers need to have both to operate a plane? :stupid:
