Default Receiver Power in T-28 BNF

So I got my hands onto the T-28 BNF but want to use a 72 mHz receiver. I took out the 2.4 gHz receiver and threw in my analog receiver. Am I missing a Receiver power lead from the ESC for the receiver or do I have to get my hands on aseparatebattery?

Thanks,

The power lead from the ESC should plug into the throttle channel on the receiver. This powers the receiver as well as sends the throttle signal to the ESC.
