Default Question

I bought a hobby zone champ recently. I crashed it pretty hard yesterday and now my landing gears arent straight anymore. What can i use to make them straight? Also, when i fly the plane tends to rock from side to side. How can i fix both of these?</p>

Default RE: Question

Hello!

If the undercarriage is just thin wire, remove it (it may slip out or have screws), and bend it carefully back ro shape with needlenose pliars. If you cannot remove the wire, you may have to see if you can bend it back while still in the model...

As for the rocking in flight - if there is any wind, a high wing aircraft will do this. It won't take much wind, either. It may also be a result of over corrections in flight. If the aircraft takes a second or two to respond, a common problem is the pilot feeding in more control than needed. Then when the turn becomes to tight, a similarily large input is given, resulting in an oscilating flight path. Only hold a small amount of control when turning with the rudder.

Hope this helps!
