Well,I finally bit the bullet. After 2 months on phoenix, I finally bought my own hobbyzone super cub lp. I'm EXTREMELY happy with the purchase butI have one quick question.
During assembly and watching the dvd, I noticed that in pictures and in the dvd there's an antenna that comes out the back of the plane, gets threaded through the tail and hangs below the plane. I've checked everywhere in the box and inside the fuselage of my super cub, there is no such antenna that came with my super cub?
Should I be concerned, or do the newer versions just not have that wire that hangs off the plane anymore?

Did you get the Bind n fly version? If so, you will not have the long 72 mHz antenna, rather just the short 2.4 gHz antenna inside the plane.

Glad I could help! I have the 72 mHz version with the floats. I love this little plane!
I went one step further and added ailerons, but haven't had a chance to fly it yet. With the winter we've had in Minnesota, it's been too cold for much outdoor flying...
You're really going to like the Super Cub!
