Default WTB a rc Kite where to:

First. Please do not say counterfiet, lets keep it real, I am not rich, but wantto start out and no matter what Brand or company it is. I want something that may put a smile on my face this 2011 sprinf-fall.

I just bought a harbour freight Yellow bee. and I got a spare wing, and no found spare battery, my last resort is to step into a more friendly rc store, than the one I was just in in North Bergen NJ. Customer is to be treated with curtisy, not rudeness and lied to. . business lost. I know I will have fun while it lasts. I need a spare battery. 4.8v 600 mah

I would love to know ifI am better off with a Kite type plane? reasons, its Fabric, not foam, and is it more durablw than a plane.

for m I think the propeller will break if landed.

Is a kite much more easier to fly.

Which brrands are the best to get.

I am not on a budget, but do not wantto dump 500.00 if I can get a lesser priced one.

I want long air time, a spare battery and some choices. would 2 ch, 3 ch or 4 ch.

Long range, basically if one offers me a great flying machine I can have many years of fun without damage I be set.

thanks for your responses and comments I will research and take anyones advice and make a decision for the best

FISh

fishycomics,

Here's something that's durable, easy to fly, easy to assemble, and economical too.

And I guess its contacting that company to order, its USA california, not bad. Still a plane that cannot be flown on breezy days. but will put on my list thanks again.

fishycomics,

With a brushless outrunner motor and a 1000 milliamp lipo battery I'm getting close to twenty mins
flight time at half throttle, less in windy conditions.

A local kite shop was at our flying field with one of their RC kites and although it looked neat it was not
constructed nearly as robustly as the electric airplanes nor could it handle windy conditions as well as the airplanes.

http://planeinsanerc.com/index.php?PageID=2 sounds like they are selling the same set up 1100 lipo. if its fair I am getting

I am deffently looking into the Slow sticks, there is a V tail. I was told it will not be the better due to the tail catching wind. I know that I got a yellow bee, spankin new, while I get more into the Hobby. I will get a Better Plane, and I want to be relaxed than OMG, Zoom!, BAM!

I do preferre a quick charge and a few spare batterries, I have a brain 999 charger and battery booster. hours of fun.

I also looked at the 99.99 Harbour freight knock off of the Multiplex E-star. As I learned my lession, they are not a rc store but a Tool shop lol. but still a decent price.

There was the Flyby2 ( i believe) that may be the same type plane I have, simularities of my Yellow bee.

The mellenium miniture version of the Slow stick? love to concider, but knowing its smaller, and harder to fly.

I Have the skills to build, and compare pricings, If the Kit in the Link above, I shown is a great deal shipped I will most likely grab one. not going to need a 6 ch but maybe a 4 ch. so if I decide to place a cam on one day.... I have all the power needed

$155.00 is not bad: 149 plus 6.00 shipped

$28.00 for a Plane only.

Battery, control, servers are all prefrence I preferre a 2.4 gig today correct?.

I may not get a spare wing, but another plane only if its 28.00

I am realy thinking and have all the time in the world to make my mind up.

Bigger the wing the easier to fly, the smaller the faster I remember.

and that by mid week, I should be set to purchase.

As for these kites. they are not a USA purchase, that tells me stay clear. no parts, and trouble, was a thought.

thanks for the info what are your thoughts.

I have one ortwo shops in my area, but not like I rememberyears ago.
