I usually put this in the Clubhouse each year, but this year I noticed a lot of newcomers to the hobby are not far from Toledo and in case you are not aware of it, Toledo hosts the biggest indoor RC event of the year.

This year it will run April 1, 2 and 3 (Fri, Sat, Sun).

Our regular RCU crew will be there to cover the show on Fri and Sat and Ken (who is a glutten for punishment) will stay for Sunday as well.

So... Who plans to make it to the big show this year?

Well, as part of the RCU crew, I'll be there. I hope to see/meet a lot of fellow RCU members while at the show!

Lord willing and the creek don't rise I will be there with bells on. Be good to see Mike and Ken again, hope CGRetired can make it.

Iwanted to go this year but it looks liek I won't be able to. Just too much traveling in this spring. It looks liek I will be in Seattle those days. The ironic thing is that I am going to be in Cincinnatti in April as well. If that had fallen at the right time I would have taken soem extra time and made the drive to Toledo.

Oh well. It will work out one of these years.

Will the RCU members have nametags with their moniker's as well to help others identify them?

Last year we had badges on lanyards that we wore around our necks. I would imagine this year will be the same.

Mike and Ken have tan fishermen's vests with the RCU logo on the back, while I'll be sporting the very nice black Polo shirts with the RCU logo on the front.

Yea, we won't have a big "MinnFlyer" sign around our necks, but we usually travel in groups. And if you're going to be there, we usually meet at the bottom of the staircase by the main entrance at noon each day if you'd like to join us for lunch!
