Would it be ok to use an OS "F" style 4-storke plug in an Evolution Alpha 2-stroke engine? Thanks

It will work. How good it will work I can't say, but you won't hurt anything trying it.

Does your engine manual recommend to do that?

My question is Why would you want to?

Those F plugs are more expensive then an R/C long plug with idle bar (more then 2x the price where I am)

Yeah, If you're gonna put an expensive plug inan Evolution, at least go for something designed for 2-strokers like an OS 8. But an A3 should do just fine and it's only $4.

If you're interested... OS F plugs are $5.29 at Central Hobbies.
