Default Bought a GP Electrostick

I've been thrilled with my Sig EP-42 brushless. I always like to have another plane waiting in the wings to ease the grief if I auger one in. So, this will wait in the queue for the EP-42 to eat dirt, unless I decide to build it before then. I got the ARF version. Seems to have good reviews, a few bad ones, but the price seemed good.

Anyone have this one? Like it?

What electronics should I put in it?

I have one of these with an AXi 2826 motor, a Castle Creations 45 AMP Phoenix ESC with a separate Castle ESC. The radio is a Spektrum DX8 with a Spektrum 6200 RX. The DX8 is new and hasn't been flown with it yet. I had a Spektrum DX7 in it but sold it when I bought the DX8. My battery packs are 4cell A123. This is why I use the separate BEC. The plane flies very well, like a Stick. To use the AXi, I had to modify a Great Planes electric mount, the medium one.

bry,

its a great plane..... i love mine, fly it more than any other plane i have mine is all stock except for the servos, i had 2 bad ones from the start but tower replaced them with some nice hobbico's that work great.

im running 3s 3000 and 3600 mah packs with it and having a great time if i ever hear there going to stop making these i will buy at least 1 for a spare..... good luck with it and have a blast.
