I have the Triton EQ charger and is it possible to use a 8.4v 3600 mAh NiMH batter in my Electric Stik? If so what are the settings and how long does it need to charge? There are no settings for this battery programmed in the Triton EQ charger.
Thanks

Have you flown this airplane with this battery before? Seems a little low in gusto for this airplane, but not sure. I only fly with LIPO now, but 11.1v seems to be the minimum being used on this airplane.
I just got the EQ myself and love it so far, but like I said, all I charge are lipos.

I never flown it in the plane before, its one that a friend gave me. However, I have a LiPo 3S 11.1V 3200mAh 20C that comes with. When I put it on the charge I get the following error (Batt Voltage Too Low). What can cause this error?

The battery is probably bad, but it could just be over discharged but not damaged. You can put it on the Nicd setting at 300 ma until the voltage gets up above 9v. Then use the lipo setting. You'll need to do a discharge cycle after you charge it to make sure it's giving you at least 80% capacity.
It's very doubtful that the plane will fly well with that Nimh. Your RPM will be 20-30% lower with more weight.
