Default Help me get this car going!

I was given a nitro car by a friend of the family a few years ago and have just pulled it out of the cobwebs in the back of my shed, i would like to get it going again. it has no controller and no pullstart (there is just a bolt coming out the back of the engine) it has an acoms ar-201 receiver and acoms as-12 servos. i think the car is called a schumacher nitro 10? can anyone direct me to any sites about this car? or give me some help with it please? thanx for your time

It barely rings a bell with me, but have you taken it to the closest hobby shop? Also, put up a help in the cars forum under that schumacher name

I have a schumacher nitro 10, hard to get parts I was told it was about 8-10 yrs. old, Some parts I have fabricated from other models; Brakes, clutch spacers ect. The motor on mine is an irvine 15R really turns the horses plus it has been ported and polished. Some small schumacher dealers still have some parts so I would at least check.

Just did a search on: www.google.com
Came up with over 100 hits for Schumacher Nitro, granted not every one was for the Nitro 10 but there were enough that you should be able to get info from one of them.
