Easy.
Click on "My RCU" above, then "Edit Profile". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for "Avatar" at the very bottom. The rest should be self-explanatory.

oooops! I meant 'edit options'. Anyway, glad you found it.
You might try a photo editor. The Microsoft photo editor that comes in MS office has a resize function. I imagine that Adobe Photoshop, or other packages would do the same.
I'm not sure what the dimensions need to be though.

My XP has a paint function. Right click on the pic and select edit. Click on where it says image. Click where it says stretch/skew. Select 50% x 50% or whatever it takes to fit the requirement. Then click file and replace the old photo with the new smaller one.

The basket
The basket we give fuel with. We carry an ARS (air refeuling station) or commonly refered to as a buddy store on the left pylon and a drop tank on the right. Nice pic
