Hi,
I have looked high and low all over the internet and can't seem to find any kits that I really like. Does anyone one know of a good website for RC Airplane kits. A nice bunch of kits that will take a while to make. Once I do that I want to start gettng into designing my own, I actually started designing one.
If anyone knows of some good RC airplane kits please post a link or something so I know where to go.
Thank you in advance!!!!

Check out Tower Hobbies. I don't know what your building or flying skills are but Tower has kits that will fit the bill. Other sources for kits are Sig and Balsa USA.

Yes I'm going to be picky : What you listed as a back wing is the " horizontal stabilizer " , the back wing elevator is just the "elevator " , what you listed as the rudder is the " vertical stabilizer " and what you listed as the rudder aileron is just the " rudder ". Hope this helps in your venture , you need correct nomenclature if you are going to design kits for other folks to build. I didn't comment about the " front wing " or " back wing "~~ you can do a little research on your own to correct them . I hope this will help in the future . ENJOY !!! RED

Another thing I like about this hobby is there are a lot of things to know, so we have a sort of stairway to climb and there's always going to be a new challenge. I think that's my driving force is the challenge.
Thank you all once again. I alwasy get great answers from this forum!!!!

I normally buy traditional kits, like those from:<div>

The age of building is on the wane. There aren't too many kits available that are easy to build. Some of the better ones are from Sig and Tower, but they are few and Sig only has more of them because of problems with their ARFs

I want to start a project I know will take years and will be a scratch build. I want to build a Boeing 737 commercial liner. Does anyone know where I can get plans for this?

Go back to your roots and build from a set of good plans. There are alot of them out there and it really is not that hard and is alot of fun. Plus you know what you have when you are finished which goes with a certain amount of pride that you did it.
