Default Electric beginer plane that has both top and under wind mount.

Are there any planes worth getting that I can get a top mounted wing and after learing how to fly convert to an under wing?

Will be my 1st plane.

Thx

the Flyzone Switch is exactly what your asking about. I'm not really sold on the convertible design yet though. I'd rather have one plane that is a great high wing, and another that is a great low wing as opposed to one that is ok at both. But I have never flow the switch, It could make me a believer!

At $249.00 it is a pretty good combo to start out with.

It will easily accept 2200mAh 20C (or more ) 3S 11.1v battery packs that are easily obtainable and compatible with many other planes.

While I would prefer a trainer to be larger, this one handles well enough so as not to be problematic for a beginner assisted via the buddy box.

I'm not a big fan of foamies since they turn UGLY so easily with the inevitable dings a novice puts on them, but the trike configuration tends to hold up well. And of course parts availability is a BIG plus on a trainer.

I reviewed the switch last year. It's a very nice plane:
