Default what is this?

Just bought a used Airfield f4 coarsair. Found this hooked to the reciever but nothing else ? Any one can identify?

That looks the gear / gear door sequencer. You plug the servos for the gear doors in, the leads for the electric retracts in and it makes sure the doors and gear do not fight each other .

Have a look on the Nitroplanes channel on youtube, there are a number of Airfield/FMS build videos for various models of theirs (FMS are the actual manufacturer), that look quite informative if you have one.

As a used airplane it could be any number of different things and purposes. Often attempting to use unidentified electronics can be frustrating and maybe not the greatest idea.

The most important clue however is: Which receiver port was it plugged into?

Usually, there are some numbers on a board. I've had good luck, not 100%, but close in idenitifing the part by doing a google on the numbers. Given the color of the lead wires, Iwould add JR to the search.
