Default Pitts ARF outfitting

I recently purchased an all wood Pitts Special ARF .The specs: 31.5 wingspan, 30 in. in length, and about 1.5Lbs in flying weight. I was told it needs a 400 class brushless motor (min.), and comparable ESC, 4 servos(I have 4 Futaba3004 B.B. servos), and preferably a 2.4Ghz. Tx and Rx( I have both the Spektrum 2.4 Dx5e with either an AR500, AR6100e or AR6200 Rx, and a Futaba2.4 6EX with FASST r617fs Rx which either of these I would like to use). I would like to outfit this plane with sort of middle of the road to slightly higher end elec. gear and if possible, ramp up the power somewhat in motor size. I will also need a prop(s) to match. I am somewhat of a newbie R/C pilot but wanted to take on this challenge. I will not be flying this bird until I am much more proficient in my flying skills. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated! Lockman55Mike E.
P.S. Recommedations on battery too would be helpful
