Default Zenoah Engine

I have a Great Planes Giant Stik and want to put a Zenoah G38 in it. Will this be a good engine to put in this plane?

I've seen one with a G26 and it flew good, so the G38 should fly it great!

Go with the G26, the G38 is quite a chunk of alloy. The G26 will swing an 18 x 8 prop and the G38 a 19 x 8 or 18 x 10. The lighter G26 should give you a nice aeroplane

If you have a G38, use it. If you are going to buy an engine, there are a lot better options (than a 38) now for the money. And I own, and have owned several Zenoha engines -Love them-.
A DLE30 will pull as hard as any G38.
Hope this helps, but only my personal opinion. Enjoy your stick.

Yes do not buy a G38 JUST for that plane. The G26 is almost as powerfull and much lighter. Too many other better similar and better priced engines out there.
