I suggest:

1. SLOW IT DOWN!!! Fly the plane, not let it fly you.
2. With slowing it down, be more gentle with the sticks. Add expo to soften the inputs.

Trim the plane for about mid throttle and straight and level flight with the fingers off the sticks. Then you will begin to see that you are flying the plane rather than vice versa.

Congratulations on not losing it during the first flight. But I wouldn't call that a successful flight due to the fact that you weren't really in control for much of the time. As CG mentioned, you controls are too sensitive and you were flying faster than your piloting ability could manage. Pick a day with a little less wind and practice the fundamentals- smooth flight that maintains altitude, 100% control of the plane's position and heading, and smooth landings.

What do you mean by the title - "Polecat Best Beginner"?

Do you mean that you beleve it is the best airplane for beginners to start with and the vidio is supposed to prove that?

If so what the vidio does display is an airplane being poorly flown with a constant pitch hunt the entire flight. If the vidio does anything, it does demonstrate what a horrible choice that airplane is for a beginner.
