Janone,
Sorry to hear you are on the pain meds...be careful with those!
On the programming question, I am not familiar with the radio you have referenced. But if it is not what we refer to as a computer radio you really can't perform the mixing functions.
The general procedure and example though is to identify a master channel (say rudder) and a slave channel (say elevator) and then tell the transmitter to provide elevator deflection when the pilot provides a rudder input. The amount, rate and direction of the interaction between the rudder and elevator in my example are all customizable as part of the programming and are usually dialed in through trial and error.
Either way though, the best place to start is with the manual that came with your radio.
Good luck to you...
Tom

Are you trying to fly a delta wing (aileron/elevator in one) or just want to mix the two on a regular airframe. You might have a mix already for the delta wing. Look in the book for wing types.

Check the wing types in the owner's annual. I'm not familiar with that radio. It might not support it. If that plane is very big, you might want to consider upgrading the radio to one with wing types, dual rates, expo, mixes, etc.

The site is about RC and as long as people can figure out what it is you are asking spelling and grammar shouldn't be brought up at all.

I did a quick search for your radio's manual and you are right it's pretty weak. The on line version says page 16 and on are for plane programming but page 17 is really page 14 and goes right back to talking about heli set up.
The important thing to note is that your radio MUST be configured through a computer with the provided software. There is a (slight) chance that once you open the software you will find a page on how to set up either a delta wing or flying wing configuration This will give you the combination of elevator and aileron on the controls on the trailing edge of the Typhoon.
Best of luck

Ok, ok. I'll ignore the spelling and be nice!
Is there something in your manual for delta or V tail mixing? If you can find that it will set up what you need. Otherwise I suppose setting up manual mixes for channels 1 and 2 at 100% to each other would work. You'd just have to play with the directions to get things to go right.
And I have to ask, not to be a party pooper or to question your intelligence, but in the interest of safety, you're not planning to fly an RC plane while medicated with morphine are you?

I've been really busy lately and have not been able to spend as much time in the forums as I would normally, and that, it seems, that I really ought to. I will be watching more closely now.
The language, behaviour (yeah.. it's spelled correctly.. you want to challenge me on that?) and attitude displayed to the original poster is deplorable. I deleted many of the posts in this thread and left others. The ones I left point to the attitude displayed by some of you that really ought to examine your own behavior and attitude towards others.
Come on, guys, grow up.
