heres that plane that was gave to me i got the engine mounted i know its not beginer i have a club that is gonna teach me on one of there tranners

thge guy at the hobby shop told me an i forgot it its a commander 40 sport avation it says on the side.. id like to know the brand again. if someone knows let me know i wana look it up on the net n see the info bout it. the guy at the hobby shop told me its a old kit and is in good shape for beein that old

that may not be an easy plane to fly. you generally want to go with a high wing plane for your first because of it's self righting capabilities. when you are new to flying, new to the reverse orientation thing, and just new to watching a little thing buzz around in the sky under your control, you want something more forgiving that doesn't want to crash. that as a low wing plane with a good amount of dihedral will not self correct, it will be a point and shoot plane. that is the kind of thing you want in your second of third plane, but not your first. i suggest that you get a cheap trainer, and put all the stuff in that you have now, and when you graduate, put it all back in

well the club i know of i think gots alot of tranners planes an they do a buddy box deal so im gonna fly with a instructore on one of there tranners and fix this one up so when im all learned i can fly myne. i do know this one isnt a tranner

its a 61 from veco now there called k&b
