Welcome to RCU. A great bunch of people, and you'll get good advice.
But if you're thinking about a first RC plane, look around here first. Do a "search" for "trainers" or "first plane".
The Tiger 60 might be an okay second plane, but not a first.
You'll also want to find a club and instructor. This is much more difficult than you might think, and I rather see you succeed, than be disappointed when you crash, and quit.
