First flight with the HZ super cub

I flew the entire duration of the batter and didn't break anything. Had a slight crash landing but only because I was landing on grass so the wheels just grabbed and nosed it over. I had a lot of fun and I'll be upgrading to lipo and brushless after I get a little more experience. This was my first ever flight. I did practice with the flight simulator at the lhs and it helped a lot

Welcome to planes, man. Congrats on a successful flight. I remember you from cars/trucks forum and one of these days I've been meaning to tell all my buddies form cars/trucks forums to try planes. I don't know why I waited so long, I've been having a blast.
Hope your cub is undamaged.

Setting it down in the grass for those first few flights is exactly the right thing to do. If you can find a patch that's fairly tall put it there. You pretty much can't break anything that way unless the engine keeps running.

plane. Just to warn you now you will get hooked on planes and the collection will start to grow

Haha yeah I already have 9 cars so I'm sure the plane collection will grow in the same way. Ill post up on how my next few flights go. It has been windy here lately so I don't know how much I'll be flying
